Every project we build is a small experiment with a clear question: does this work in the real world? We give it a defined window, a defined budget, and a defined way to tell if it’s working.
The ones that survive get more of our time. The ones that don’t get retired cleanly, and what we learned gets written up so the next project starts further along.
We don’t take retainers, we don’t do open-ended consulting, and we don’t take calls. Every project ships something concrete that someone can pay for.
