FW.01 · The portfolio

Five fields, one foundation

Every venture starts at the foundry. We then give it its own scope to grow, with its own customers, and its own character. What they share is the foundation underneath them.

01

AI

the engine in action

Independent checking, on two paths. After the fact: we attack your AI's outputs with multiple model families, none of which built your system, and send back an evidence report with the full receipt trail, the kind a conformity file, procurement review or insurer asks for. Before you publish: Facts Or Fibs? clears every checkable claim in your advertising copy as passed, held, or flagged for a person, each with a dated receipt.

Computing

the machinery underneath, offered directly
In development

Direct access to the matrix: not one model answering, but several independent ones arguing, cross-examining and voting, with the disagreement kept rather than smoothed away. Available live or by API. You get the verdict, the dissent, and the record of how it was reached.

FW.02 · The foundation

One foundation, many ventures

Founding a brand is the easy part. Keeping it good is the work. The Foundworks carries that weight, so every venture can stay small, sharp, and entirely its own.

A lasting home

Every venture has a permanent place here. We build products that make a difference.

Held to one standard

Whatever a brand does, it answers to the same bar for craft, clarity, and care.

Free to be itself

Each venture keeps its own name, its own voice, and its own customers. The foundation stays in the background.

The long view

We move slowly and with care. A venture only earns its place when it is genuinely ready.

FW.05 · Questions

The questions we get asked

What is a venture foundry?
The Foundworks founds, builds and holds its own brands for the long term. It isn't an agency, and it isn't an incubator for other people's startups. Every venture on this page is ours, built and run in-house on one shared foundation.
Are the ventures separate companies?
They're brands under The Foundworks Ltd (company no. 17295591), each with its own name, its own site and its own customers, sharing one foundation of hosting, mail and payments.
Who's behind The Foundworks?
It's founded and run by Stewart Brown, sole director of The Foundworks Ltd. The public record is on Companies House, and there's more on the founder.
How does The Foundworks make money?
Each venture earns on its own terms: Cruxlab on paid reviews, Bizkits on its tools, and The Foundry Box when it launches. The Foundworks is bootstrapped and self-funded, with no outside investment.
Can I buy something today?
Yes. Cruxlab is open for orders now, with 15 review tiers and secure Stripe checkout from £15, and Verification Lab is open for orders too. Bizkits is in early access, and The Foundry Box is still in build.
When does The Foundry Box launch?
It's in build and has passed its pre-registered acceptance campaign. There's no public date yet. Email us and we'll tell you when there is one.
How do I get in touch?
Email hello@thefoundworks.com. We read and reply to every message within 24 hours.
